A GIFT TO MUSICAL PATRIOTS FROM THE CONDUCTOR IN BLACK

This coming weekend, both pre-Canada Day shows programmed by The Conductor In Black will be made up solely of Canadian artists.

Friday, June 26th’s edition of Boss Radio (4 – 6 pm) will air the 9th installment of it’s annual “Boss Sounds Made In Canada” show. Featured during the program will be an entire half-hour of cuts by Saskatchewan performers, preceded by the Boss Radio premiere of a song from Susan Jacks’ long lost 1975 album Dream.

On Saturday, June 27th The Prairie Lily Special (6 – 8 PM) salutes Canadian Country music history with it’s 14th annual “Canadian Country Music Cavalcade”, highlighted by a Bookender Spotlight saluting R. Harlan Smith during Hour One of the show, which this year is dedicated to Royalty Records, the record label founded by Smith back in 1974.

I hope all of you enjoy these shows and happily AND safely enjoy your Canada Day holiday!
