The Monkey’s Paw: CJTR’s Volunteer Training Program

The Monkey’s Paw is a pop-up volunteer training show. CJTR staff use this time to train new radio volunteers and to give air time to programmers to practice their chops before hosting their own program. This is also a great show for programmers who can’t commit to their own show on a long-term basis or current programmers who want to try out a new show format.

If you are interested in becoming involved with The Monkey’s, please follow these steps:

    • Purchase a membership to CJTR
    • Fill out a program application form
    • Send your application to Amber Goodwyn, Program Director, at agoodwyn@cjtr.ca or drop it off in person during business hours at this address: 1102 8th Avenue #301 (3rd floor of the GMC building, corner of Winnipeg Street).
