Radiothon 2023 is coming!
Join us for CJTR’s 22nd anniversary Radiothon, starting October 13th, 2023 and running until October 19th 2023.
Radiothon is our most important fundraiser of the year, and with our pandemic recovery not going well, our goal has been increased to $40,000 this year. Revenue has not bounced back, and public funding sources that are normally available to community non-profits like us are few and far between. Coupled with the effects of Meta’s reaction to Bill C-18, we need all the help we can get this year. With little to no social media available to us to spread the word about Radiothon and the dire state of affairs here at CJTR, we are once again counting on our community of listeners, sponsors and supporters. Links to our website will be blocked on Meta platforms (Instagram and Facebook). If you are sharing links, please use our Linktree link: https://linktr.ee/cjtrfm.
If we don’t hit our goal of $40,000 this year, there will be drastic changes to our operations, up to and including going off the air completely.
FOR EVERY $25 YOU DONATE TO THE 2023 RADIOTHON, YOU WILL GET AN ENTRY INTO OUR HUGE PRIZE PACK DRAW FROM LOCAL BUSINESSES. FEATURING GOODS AND GIFTS FROM:
