The Plain A.I.R. (April 2018) artist-in-residence is pedal steel guitar player Ian Cameron. Join Ian every Saturday in April from 3-4pm as he tracks the rise (and fall, and rise again) of steel guitar in country, western and popular music.

About Ian Cameron:

Ian Cameron is a Regina based musician specializing in the pedal steel guitar. His driving force in music is to help ensure that his instrument does not go the way of the dodo bird. He does this through performing live and recording studio sessions. Ian has played with many acts including (but not limited to) Zachary Lucky, Wolf Willow, The Windows Up Above, and The Dead South.

????????????Plain A.I.R.is an artist-in-residence radio program that airs on 91.3FM CJTR, Regina’s community radio station. Each month the program features a different local artist, DJ, musician, band or community member as a guest host who programs a month’s worth of live, weekly radio shows.
