Every week, Tatty Bogles, Whigmaleeries and Hoochter Choochters bring radio with a Scottish accent to the CJTR airwaves. The happy highlander, Ray Smith, delivers the best of the auld and the new in Scottish traditional and contemporary music. This eclectic mix also manages to include the outrageous protestations of Nessie The Monster, Colonel Blimp and Sergeant MacGregor and Wee Sammy, who is constantly searching for platefuls of mooshy peas and chips, och aye, even to accompany his caviar. You don’t have to be Scottish to enjoy this lively program of music, information and cheery chatter from the land o’ the hills and heather!
